THE IDES OF MARCH

March 1, 1981 Sunday

This whole weekend has been great! After Friday nite, Saturday I taped all day for (from?) my new stereo. Mark called, but I turned him down. I’m glad coz I like Carl too much to go out with anybody else right now.

Today all my lovely family went to Nana’s. It was a beautiful day. Margaret & I fed a horse, and Dad, B.C., Marg & I (John too) went walking in the pasture. It was a blast!

I can’t wait until Thurs. Nite!

I AM SO excited about going to San Marcos Thursday, I honestly can’t stand it. I’m so crazy about Carl & to think he’s actually going with me.

YEEHAH!

I’m having trouble going to classes this week. Seriously.

I love life!

Especially when Carl’s in it! He’s so neat!

March 4, 1981 Wednesday

Well, I talked to Dee Ann and Carl tonite. Everything’s set for the weekend. I can’t wait. Dee Ann said that Scott Fundling (bad idea-2021) wants to see me this weekend, & Carl will probably stay one night with him. That’s kind of funny since I dated Scott last summer. Oh well! Scott & I were mostly friends anyway. If you remember, I didn’t like the way he kissed. Too pushy. But we had a blast just doing things together.

Dee Ann says there’s a good chance for us to go to San Antonio & going tubing. I hope so.

Tomorrow’s Cam’s 19th birthday. Friday is Cheryl’s 20th b.d.

Gotta go!

I think I’m gonna get my hair trimmed before tomorrow nite. BANGS!
